Welcome to our very special cooking and wine tasting experience!
We are tasting five different wines from Greece.
We will come across at some great examples that represent true expressions of the greek terroir.
Along the tasting you should be able to find out about greek indigenous varieties and how they naturally pair with greek food.

But we also cook and we combine our wine tasting session with a hands-on four course, traditional Greek meal preparation :

* We make traditional Greek Mousaka
* We spread fyllo and we make delicious tyropitaria (cheese pies)
* Greek Salad
* Dessert
* Fresh and delicious seasonal ingredients

We close our meal with Greek yogurt and preserved fruit.

Welcome at Onion’s Wine Tasting Experience!

We will also pair our wines with premium Greek Cheeses, olive oils and Greek cold cuts.
‍
The tasting will be guided by our experienced Sommelier. He will describe Greece’s micro - climates and soil characteristics along with the most important factors that influence the production of Greek wines.
‍
You will be offered two wine glasses, and a description sheet where you can make notes and scores about the wines you taste.

At the end of the tasting you will have:
* A good knowledge of Greece’s flagship varieties
* An understanding of how they pair with the mediterranean and Greek delicacies.
